Really interesting to see inside the old Mill. People are nice. Buy some locally grow corn meal or grits from the oldest working mill in the country!

This mill is near Easton - on the way to/from St. Michaels. Free - so the price is right. Self directed, poke around, look at the machinery, read the flyers - the mill was actively grinding wheat while I was there. I bought corn flour, grits, and wheat berries. I've made the grits (essentially, polenta) - very tasty. The entire experience was about 20 minutes but was a very nice little detour.

Worth a look.
